Key Concepts

Before diving in, it’s important to understand a few core Syntroper concepts:

Workspaces:

A workspace is an organizational container for diagrams, metadata, and projects. Workspaces can be private, public, or shared with selected team members.

Diagrams:

Visual representations of systems, processes, or business models. Syntroper supports multiple types, including sequence diagrams, flowcharts, context diagrams, infrastructure diagrams, and galaxy diagrams.

Architectural Stories:

A step-by-step storytelling tool for diagrams. You can create pages representing different sections of a diagram, attach scripts, add narration, and apply subtitles.

Metadata:

Additional information linked to diagrams, such as use cases, descriptions, or tags. Metadata improves documentation and enables easier searching.

Integrations:

Connected apps and services (e.g., GitHub, Slack, AWS) that enhance functionality, automate workflows, and sync data across platforms.
